$10,000+top fundraising team

Since 1996, we have raised more than $2.5 million to support spinal tumor research, clinical services, and education — and our supporters keep showing up year after year, from the 2019 "Liquid Biopsy" campaign that exceeded its $50,000 goal to Andy's 2018 Ironman fundraiser.

Our signature event

The Brian D. Silber Memorial Golf Tournament

Each July, in Brian's hometown of Peabody, Massachusetts, friends, family, physicians, and corporate sponsors gather to celebrate Brian's life and raise money for his fund. The first tournament was held in 1998 — and it is the longest-running golf tournament to support MGH.

Funds raised support the Brian D. Silber Spine Tumor Clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2017, our 20th annual tournament raised a record-breaking $114,000; in 2018 we raised over $100,000.
